- Soy sauce, 3 tablespoon
- OJ, 2 tablespoon
- Cornstarch, 1 1/2 teaspoon

- Use the baking oven and preheat it to 350 degrees F.
- Pick the large glass dish and putt the chicken thigh after drying.
- Now use the large bowl and add the ingredients like sherry, garlic, vinegar, honey and sesame oil.
- Later drizzle the sauce over the chicken thighs and move in the glass dish in the oven to bake the around 25 minutes.
- After that move the chicken thighs from the oven and place them in the frying pan.
- Now you have to add the OJ along with cornstarch and mix it well in the pan with wooden spoon.

- Garlic cloves, 2
- Onion, 2
- Chicken legs, 3
- Medjool dates, 100g
- Olive oil
- Cumin ground, 2 teaspoon
- Grain rice, 225g

- Firstly uses the pan and add the olive oil to heat.
- Later add the chicken thighs in the pan and heat the thighs until getting brown.
