Ingredients Of Chicken Thigh And Rice instant Pot Recipe
- White jasmine rice rinsed and drained, 1.6 cups
- Chicken stock, 1.6 cups
- Fresh thyme, 3 Tablespoons
- Minced Garlic, 3 cloves
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs, 2 pounds
- Since of mushrooms, 2 cups
- salt and pepper to increase the taste
- Avocado oil, 2 tablespoon
- Shallots, 4
- Carrots, 4
Instructions Of Chicken Thigh And Rice instant Pot Recipe
- To make this recipe successfully, you have to use the saute and make it ready for heating on normal heat, 2 minutes recommended
- To give the taste your chicken thigh sprinkle the salt and pepper over the thighs.
- Later pick the chicken thighs and move in the pan while using the oil.
- Cook the chicken thighs from one side around 6 minutes.
- Change the chicken side and again cook for 4 minutes
- If your chicken thighs are rendering the fats then you can putt the more avocado oil.
- After that move the chicken thighs from the heat and set it aside.
- Place the chicken stock in the pan and mix it well by using the wooden spoon.
- Now move the mushrooms slices, carrots and shallot in the pan and cook around 5 minutes
- Later putt the garlic and continue your cooking for 2 minutes more
- Finally, you have to putt the remaining rice, thyme, and chicken stock and again mix well to combine.
- Add the thighs to the mixture top and lock the pot.
- You have to cook the recipe medium-high heat nearly 12 minutes and be careful your pot must be release naturally.
- After releasing the pressure naturally, you have two use the forks to shred the chicken.
